I came up from NYC Fri, February 22nd and we got a lot of food (dining in), notably I ordered their Manicotti which was astoundingly the same as my grandmother's quality (she was a perfectionist in cooking from Italy ) and my cousin (who is a Ciao Italia
Maryanne Esposito aficionado cooking standards herself) ordered Nicola's Salmon with salad, my side was thie soup du jour, (Pasta Fagioli). We are both Italian Americans on both sides and highly approved. Excellent dinner and atmosphere and highly recommended. The hostess was great and cared about every little detail. I only took their card bc the experience was great and wanted dinner there again. Great Great Great ! ! A+

15 friends gathered at Nicola’s last nite for dinner. Lilly, the world’s greatest waitress, was beyond amazing! We all just loved our meals and can’t wait to organize another get together!

I had the Chicken Cacciatore, and the family had the Zuppe Di Pesce and the Mussel and Clam Posillipo. All was delicious and the portions were nice. The service was better than I have had in a while at other places.
Jane, our Server, was so sweet and we were treated to a wonderful experience due to her efforts.

“A HIDDEN GEM”
My boyfriend and I came up to cold spring for a weekend away from the city. Our Airbnb happened to be located really close to this restaurant and we lucked out!
Our waitress Lily was incredible - so personable and kind (she even offered to run out and grab someone coke at the gas station because they only had Pepsi left)! She recommended great food and made the experience even better.
The food was also amazing. I would highly recommend the scungilli salad!
My boyfriend loved the bread & olive oil (I think he drank the oil lol) / garlic knots provided and his veal and pasta entree - which were HUGE!!
I was so happy that they had gluten-free options! I got the pizza which was great and they had gluten free pasta / entrees.
To anyone visiting cold spring this is worth the trip and a great experience. Enjoy!
“AMAZING DINNER!”
Stumbled on this while exploring. AMAZING food and service! Portions were HUGE! I had linguini with garlic and oil. Husband had lasagna. We had a chocolate and vanilla ice cream dessert that had a hard chocolate shell.
Too bad we aren’t local. When we’re back in this area will definitely plan to go again!
